How to Join the Movement
Follow these 3 easy steps to enroll in our awesome programs!
Step 1
Visit the Customer Portal to begin enrollment into a class or program. This is where you will create and manage your account, enroll for classes or programs, and sign up for available SDG events.
Step 2
Once in the portal, click “Join the Movement” to find a class or select a program. Follow the prompts to find the right class for your child and create your account.
Step 3
Enroll in a class or program! To enroll in classes, pay the current and next month’s tuition in full. Tuition is automatically billed one month ahead on the first of each month. An annual fee of $65 applies.

About Our Parkour / Ninja Classes at Otay Ranch
San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour provides an energetic Parkour + Ninja program for kids at our Otay Ranch location, designed to blend movement, strength, balance, and creativity in a safe and motivating environment. Using modern parkour and ninja obstacles, classes progress from introductory ninja classes for kids to more advanced training that mirrors what you’d expect in a dedicated ninja warrior gym or parkour gym.
Families from Otay Ranch, Eastlake, Chula Vista, and surrounding South Bay communities choose this location for its well-maintained facility, supportive coaching staff, and small class sizes. In addition to weekly classes, Otay Ranch offers seasonal Parkour-Ninja Camps and a Parkour Team option with fun, in-house meets. Whether your child is brand new to parkour or ready to level up, our Otay Ranch program keeps training fun, structured, and confidence-boosting.

What is the annual fee?
How do I know what class to enroll in?
Our classes are broken up into age groups and by skill level. Check out our class schedule, contact us, or come by the nearest SDG to find the best fit for your child.
What are the class sizes?
What are the qualifications of SDG coaches and staff?
All of our coaches are USAG certified, which includes: a background screen, Safety and Risk Management course, SafeSport, and basic gymnastics instruction courses. Our coaching staff also includes American Parkour Instructors, being the only gym in San Diego to provide the highest quality of parkour instruction.
All of our coaches are CPR/First Aid certified and have experience working with children. Most applicants have direct experience coaching gymnastics and/or other sports. We’re proud to have former teachers, physical therapists, and high school coaches working at SDG! Most of our coaches have college degrees or are currently enrolled in various San Diego universities.

What are San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour’s hours of operation?
- 9-6pm Mon-Friday
- 8am-3pm Saturdays
- Open on Sundays for parties only
- Chula Vista Gymnastics Classes and Parkour Classes can go as late as 8pm on weekdays and parties offered Saturday evenings!
What Parkour + Ninja class levels are available at Otay Ranch?
How does enrollment and monthly billing work at Otay Ranch?
Families enroll by creating an online account, selecting a class time, and choosing Otay Ranch during registration. Tuition is billed one month ahead, including a prorated current month plus the following month at sign-up, along with a $65 yearly fee per child. Class sizes stay intentionally small, typically 6–8 students per coach based on age and ability.
Do Otay Ranch athletes participate in competitions or events?
Yes. Parkour Team athletes train weekly and take part in SDG’s in-house meets held every three months across locations. Events often include Speed, Skill, Style, and Chase Tag. Some athletes may also be selected to attend outside local competitions.
What is Parkour / Ninja training?
Parkour / Ninja focuses on navigating obstacle courses that challenge the body and mind. Kids learn to jump, climb, swing, balance, and move efficiently using professional equipment while building strength, coordination, confidence, and problem-solving skills in a safe setting.
