How to Join the Founder’s Club
Hurry! Memberships are available for only the first 300 enrollments. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Step 1
Visit the Customer portal to begin enrollment. This is where you will create and manage your account, enroll for classes, and sign up for SDG events.
Step 2
Once in the portal, click “Join the Movement” and follow the prompts to find the right class for your child and create an account. Need help? Contact us and we’ll point you to the best option.
Step 3
To officially become a Founders Club Member, enroll in a class and pay the first month in full. Membership lasts as long as the student remains active in class.

Our team includes American Parkour Certified Instructors and coaches with backgrounds in kinesiology, teaching, early childhood development, psychology, occupational therapy, personal training, and more.

Our Poway location is at 12630-D1 Poway Rd., Poway, CA 92064. It’s conveniently located for families throughout Poway and nearby communities like Sabre Springs and Carmel Mountain Ranch.

This gym serves families in Poway as well as surrounding areas including Scripps Ranch, Sabre Springs, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Rancho Peñasquitos, and 4S Ranch. Many families choose this location for its easy access and shorter drive time.
What programs do you offer?
We offer recreational gymnastics for ages 0-17, plus Parkour & Ninja, tumbling, camps, parties, Kids Night Out, and Open Gym. Program availability can vary by location, and we’ll share the full Poway lineup as we finalize the schedule.
How do I enroll?

What is the billing schedule?
Tuition is billed one month in advance on the first of each month. When you sign up, you’ll pay a prorated amount for the current month plus one month in advance.
Can I join or cancel at any time?
Yes. Classes are continuous, so kids can start when you’re ready and stop when you need to.
What is the annual fee?
There is an annual registration fee per child for active enrollments. Poway Founders Club members receive no annual fees for life as long as the student remains active in class.
How do I know what class to enroll in?
Our classes are organized by age and skill level. You can review options on our classes, or reach out and we’ll recommend the best starting point.
What are the class sizes?
We keep strict ratios, with no more than 8 students per instructor.
What are the qualifications of SDG coaches and staff?
Our coaches are background screened and trained for safety and instruction. Certifications include CPR, First Aid, and USAG SafeSport, plus ongoing training through SDG University.
Do you offer make-up classes?
We do not offer make-up classes. This helps us maintain small ratios and keep the class experience consistent.
Can I transfer classes mid-month?
Yes, you can transfer if your schedule changes. We also encourage consistency when possible so your child progresses faster.
What do I wear and bring to class?
Dress your child in comfortable athletic wear. Kids participate barefoot, and long hair should be tied back.
Do you offer a sibling or second class discount?
Yes! Poway Founders Club members receive 50% OFF for siblings and 50% OFF second classes, as long as the student remains active.
