Our address is 1144 Camino Del Rio N, San Diego, CA 92108 and we are conveniently located near the communities of Normal Heights, North Park, Hillcrest, Kearny Mesa, Serra Mesa, Mission Hills, Clairemont, University Heights, Linda Vista, Bay Park, Morena District, Bankers Hill, and Kensington.
Like all of our easily accessible locations, San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour in Mission Valley, San Diego, has abundant parking. Our state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide a top-notch experience for gymnasts of all ages, abilities, and skill levels.
How to Join the Movement
Follow these 3 easy steps to enroll in our awesome programs!
Step 1
Visit the Customer Portal to begin enrollment into a class or program. This is where you will create and manage your account, enroll for classes or programs, and sign up for available SDG events.
Step 2
Once in the portal, click “Join the Movement” to find a class or select a program. Follow the prompts to find the right class for your child and create your account.
Step 3
Enroll in a class or program! To enroll in classes, pay the current and next month’s tuition in full. Tuition is automatically billed one month ahead on the first of each month. An annual fee of $65 applies.

About Our Parkour-Ninja Classes at Mission Valley
Families from Mission Valley, North Park, Clairemont, and nearby San Diego communities choose this location for its central convenience, experienced coaching team, and small class ratios. Mission Valley also hosts Parkour-Ninja Camps and offers a Parkour Team program with friendly in-house competitions. No matter their experience level, kids are supported as they build skills, confidence, and athletic ability.

How do I know what class to enroll in?
Our classes are broken up into age groups and by skill level. Check out our class schedule, contact us, or come by the nearest SDG to find the best fit for your child.
What are the class sizes?
What are the qualifications of SDG coaches and staff?
All of our coaches are USAG certified, which includes: a background screen, Safety and Risk Management course, SafeSport, and basic gymnastics instruction courses. Our coaching staff also includes American Parkour Instructors, being the only gym in San Diego to provide the highest quality of parkour instruction.
All of our coaches are CPR/First Aid certified and have experience working with children. Most applicants have direct experience coaching gymnastics and/or other sports. We’re proud to have former teachers, physical therapists, and high school coaches working at SDG! Most of our coaches have college degrees or are currently enrolled in various San Diego universities.

What are San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour’s hours of operation?
- 9-6pm Mon-Friday
- 8am-3pm Saturdays
- Open on Sundays for parties only
- Mission Valley Gymnastics Classes and Parkour Classes can go as late as 8pm on weekdays and parties offered Saturday evenings!
What Parkour + Ninja levels are offered at Mission Valley?
How do families enroll at the Mission Valley location?
Enrollment is completed online by creating an account, selecting a class, and choosing Mission Valley during registration. Tuition is billed one month in advance, including a prorated first month plus the upcoming month, with a $65 annual fee per child. Classes maintain low student-to-coach ratios for safety and progress.
Are Parkour athletes at Mission Valley able to compete?
Yes. Parkour Team athletes train weekly and attend in-house meets every three months across SDG locations. These friendly competitions include Speed, Skill, Style, and Chase Tag, with some athletes invited to additional local events.
What skills does Parkour / Ninja training build?
Parkour / Ninja develops strength, agility, balance, and confidence by guiding kids through obstacle-based movement. Using professional equipment, students learn to move efficiently while improving coordination and problem-solving skills.
